Working within a close knit and very successful sales department, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

New business development calls with a specific focus on your assigned client sector
Conducting independent research via multiple methods to identify and consequently form a relationship with the correct point of contact
Demonstrating a consultative sales technique, understanding the differing needs of each client and altering your approach in accordance to this.
Ensure a robust pipeline is in place with a detailed understanding of expected profitability
Forming a solid foundation, in order to allow Technical Managers to finalise new contracts

A fantastic Outbound Sales Advisor opportunity has arisen to join a leading established Claims Management Business, with a focus on financial mis-selling and financial irregularities, primarily Payment Protection Insurance, and Packaged Bank Accounts. With over 750 employees and growing, we are looking for people to join our expanding team.

We are looking for candidates who ideally have previous experience working within a targeted and busy Sales Contact Centre. You will be responsible for dealing primarily with outbound calls with potential customers who have requested to be contacted to enquire about a free PPI check on loans, mortgages and credit cards.

Your role as an Outbound Sales Advisor is to gather information in order to process any potential claims ensuring that you deliver an efficient and professional service at all times.

There is absolutely NO cold calling involved in this role but you will have the opportunity to cross sell additional products and services.

To succeed in this Outbound Sales Advisor position you will be hard working, enthusiastic and outgoing and will have excellent customer service skills. You will be natural at building rapport with customers and will quickly gain their confidence.

The Candidate
